PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an I/O cell circuit with small delay fluctuation due to the type of transition of a signal to be inputted.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 10 includes: a plurality of I/O cells 111 to 113 connected to a plurality of external terminals and outputting an inputted signal to the external terminals; and variable damping resistors 50 to 52 each connected in series between the plurality of I/O cells and the plurality of external terminals. The integrated circuit device further includes a signal detection circuit 20 detecting a current signal inputted to each of the plurality of I/O cells and a signal at least one period before. The integrated circuit device further includes a resistance value determination circuits 30 and 40 to 42 determining each of the resistance values of the variable damping resistors on the basis of the type of transition of a signal determined based on a signal detected by the signal detection circuit. |
