PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topological insulator capable of adjusting an electric field movable at a higher temperature than a room temperature which is most suitable for many applications including a spintronics device and current transport of a transmission network.SOLUTION: A topological insulator is provided which can adjust an electric field by utilizing a perovskite structure. Here, a perovskite G type antiferromagnetic insulator is grown in the [111] direction, a magnetic element is replaced with a non-magnetic element in one unit layer, and a d-electron hops on the single buckled honeycomb lattice. |
