PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively puncture a pericardium and to surely make a tip part of a needle penetrate through the pericardium to be inserted in pericardium inside cavity.SOLUTION: An access device 1 includes: a cylindrical sheath member 2 inserted in a body with the tip disposed in the vicinity of a pericardium; a pulling member 3 having a grip part 32 for gripping the pericardium at the tip, which is provided so as to move in the longitudinal direction of the sheath member 2 in the interior of the sheath member 2; and a puncture member 4 having an acute pointed end 42 disposed side by side in the radial direction of the sheath member 2 to the gripping part 32 at the tip, which is provided so as to move in the longitudinal direction of the sheath member 2 in the interior of the sheath member 2. |
