PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user experiences.SOLUTION: A method comprises: (a) connecting to a base station by user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system; (b) the UE performing measurement on interference-protected resources; (c) the UE performing measurement on non-interference-protected resources; and (d) transmitting measurement results of the measurement performed in (b) and (c) to the base station for radio resource management.
