PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless tag initialization apparatus and a wireless tag initialization method capable of continuously initializing a wireless tag which outputs response waves having constant intensity regardless of intensity of reception power.SOLUTION: A wireless tag initialization apparatus includes a reader/writer in which only wireless tags of an object to be initialized are started, feeding power is weakened up to a first threshold in which the other wireless tags are not started, inventory round is started by some session other than Session 0, an SL flag of the wireless tag of the object to be initialized is inverted, feeding power is increased up to a second threshold which is sufficient for writing of an initial value, and the initial value is written only in the wireless tag whose SL flag is inverted. |
