<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection apparatus and a method for an inspection target member having an interface between different materials, capable of clearly distinguishing a sound part from a defective part by dividing ultrasound transmission/reception between plural probes.SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection apparatus 10 for an inspection target member having an interface between different materials inspects whether or not an inspection target member having an interface between different materials has a defect. The nondestructive inspection apparatus 10 includes: a vertical probe 12 disposed so as to transmit/receive ultrasound vertically with respect to the inspection target member 11 having the interface between different materials; and a tilted probe 13 disposed so that the direction for transmitting/receiving ultrasound is tilted with respect to the interface between different materials. Here, the vertical probe 12 receives ultrasound transmitted from the tilted probe 13, and the apparatus inspects whether or not the inspection target member 11 having the interface between different materials has a defect.</p> |
