<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation method, device and program for a simple seismic diagnosis score of an existing wooden house in which, by using both a theoretical expression and an actual measurement, a score of seismic diagnosis can be accurately computed from a measurement result of constant micromotion and a simple investigation result and can be matched with a score of a precise seismic diagnosis.SOLUTION: A natural frequency of a target building is computed from data of constant micromotion measured at two spots of a second floor of the target building and the ground. In accordance with the computed natural frequency, a building model of the target building is defined as a model of a single-mass-point system, a bearing force is computed on the assumption of vibration in a primary mode and then, a fundamental value A×fis computed as the score of the target building by a method of computing a bearing force on a first floor after changing to a model of a double-mass-point system in accordance with distribution of an effective mass ratio (STEP1). While using a correction coefficient x1 for a form of a joint part and a correction coefficient x2 based on deterioration investigation according to a questionnaire style of the target building, the fundamental value of the score is corrected and a score Is' of seismic diagnosis is calculated (STEP2, STEP3).</p> |
