PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stably deterioration or decay of vegetables and fruits.SOLUTION: In a packaging bag for retaining freshness of vegetables and fruits constituted of a perforated synthetic resin film, a value of the rate of change of an aperture calculated from the area ratio R1(%) of the aperture at 40°C of the perforated synthetic resin film and the area ratio R2(%) of the aperture at 5°C of the perforated synthetic resin film according to the following formula (1) is 5 or higher and 50 or lower. Formula: rate of change of aperture={(R1-R2)/R2}×100 (1).
