<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize communication opportunities as much as possible by secondary use, while suppressing interference to a primary system at the time of secondary use of a frequency bandwidth.SOLUTION: A method for controlling transmission power for a second communication service based on secondary use of a frequency bandwidth allocated for a first communication service includes a step for calculating an interference power level to the first communication service when there are two or more secondary use nodes to receive allocation of transmission power based on interference power allowance allocated to the second communication service, and a step for excluding at least one secondary use node from the transmission power allocation among the two or more secondary use nodes if the calculated interference power level is greater than the interference power allowance. The method determines a secondary node to be excluded based on a condition that maximizes communication capacity after exclusion among two or more conditions.</p> |
