<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid formulation comprising ibuprofen and a component causing melting point depression of ibuprofen in a powder or granule form having excellent storage stability, administrability and leachability, by adopting a layering particle (granule) as means for mixing ibuprofen as an active ingredient and the component causing melting point depression of ibuprofen in the same granule and the like, adding ibuprofen and the component causing depression of the melting point of ibuprofen in different layers of the layering particle, disposing a layer comprising another component between these layers, and selecting a solvent for granulation which is most suitable for suppressing melting point depression of ibuprofen.SOLUTION: A layering particle comprises (a) a core particle, (b) a layer containing ibuprofen, (c) a layer containing polyvinyl alcohol (however, except a case where there is a film layer containing polyvinyl alcohol), and (d) a layer containing a component exerting depression of the melting point of ibuprofen in this order from the inside.</p> |
