<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing an answer from being transmitted while remaining original information by mistake, when reusing similar data from past answer case examples, in an answer support system for creating the answer to a consultor.SOLUTION: A respondent searches, related to a question from a questioner, past answer case examples for a similar question from an answer support server. The answer support server specifies a part that must not be reused such as individual information from data of the past answer case examples on the basis of confirmation item patterns or the like, generates image data so as to make corresponding data be easy to understand for a user to transmit the image data to a client terminal. The respondent repeats editing of a part requiring the editing to transmit the data to the answer support server at a stage where the editing has been completed. The data where the editing has been completed is reconfirmed whether there is no forgetting editing.</p> |
