<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical electrode that is able to ensure a normal operation of a circuit element on a substrate accommodated in an interior part.SOLUTION: A thermistor 45 is provided on a substrate surface 551 of a thermistor substrate 50 in an inside electrode 41. If the length of a second insertion part 56 in a direction perpendicular to a central axisφP1 of the inside electrode 41 projected on an imaginary plane P1 parallel to the substrate surface 551 is w, the length of the thermistor 45 in a direction perpendicular to the central axisφP1 is a, the length of the thermistor 45 in a direction perpendicular to the imaginary plane P1 is b, and the inside diameter of the inside electrode 41 is d, the thermistor 45 is provided such that a distance x from a point on the central shaftφP1 to a center 451 of the thermistor 45 on the imaginary plane P1 is smaller than {(d/2)-(y+b)}-a/2 (in which y={(d/2)-(w/2)}). Thus, when the thermistor substrate 50 moves within the inside electrode 41, the contact of the thermistor 45 with the inside electrode 41 can be prevented.</p> |
