The present invention relates to an apparatus for providing an interaction service making it possible to totally care for a child or baby attending a nursery school such as a kindergarten or day care by enabling a teacher to share in real time the information of a child with its parent, and more particularly to an apparatus for enabling the teacher to prepare and send a message of the information by tagging a terminal with the child's NFC card, which message is received by an interaction service device to attach a social commerce access address connected with a particular word to a region of the message transmitted to the parent, and a method therefor, and a system using the same.
