<p>Disclosed are an IVR configuration method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a configuration command used for configuring IVR nodes; obtaining configuration information in the configuration command, and uniformly configuring appointed IVR nodes in the configuration information. By adopting the technical solution, the problem is solved that with the expansion of IVR service in related technology, the number of configured function nodes and the types of the function nodes are increased constantly to cause large complexity, and the complexity of IVR configuration is greatly reduced.</p> |
