摘要 |
<p>[Problem] To make a posture adjustment device for optical elements more compact. [Solution] A combination of a base (30) having a partially concave spherical surface (40) formed thereupon and a spherical holder (20) are used. The spherical holder (20) follows the partially concave spherical surface (40) of the base (30) and has a relationship thereto whereby the spherical holder (20) is rotatable in any direction. A through-hole (22) is formed in the spherical holder (20) and an optical element (16) is held inside the through-hole (22). The spherical holder (20) is rotatable in any direction and is capable of adjusting the vertical posture (αβθangle) of the optical element (16). The addition of a structure that temporarily holds at the adjusted posture and a structure that fixes at the temporarily held posture is desirable.</p> |
