Provided is a process for improving the pitting corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steels by chemical treatment, which belongs to the field of processing techniques for stainless steel materials. The process uses, under normal temperature condition, a CuSO4 solution of from 0.005mol/L to 0.1mol/L to perform a treatment on the surface of a stainless steel component for a processing time of from 10 min to 1 h, which can be used after washing and blow drying. The treatment fluid of the present invention has a simple formula, is neutral, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, non-corrosive, undemanding on the precision of concentration, capable of processing under normal temperature without heating or cooling, has simple operational approaches, where the approach of batch soaking can be used for small-scale components and the approach of spraying can be used for large-scale members, and is suitable for severing as the final processing procedure before the application of steel components.
|
