A light emitting device package according to an embodiment comprises a support member of an insulator material, a first connection electrode disposed on the upper surface of the support member; a second connection electrode spaced apart from the first connection electrode and disposed on the support member; a plurality of first light emitting devices disposed on the support member and electrically connected to each other through the first connection electrode; and a plurality of second light emitting devices disposed on the support member and electrically connected to each other through the second connection electrode. The second connection electrode includes a contact part exposed to the upper surface of the support member and in contact with the lower surface of the second light emitting device; an exposure unit exposed to the upper surface of the support member and electrically connected to the upper surface of the adjacent second light emitting device; and a connection part connecting the contact part and the exposure part and spaced down from the upper surface of the support member. |
