The present invention relates to a profile gasket manufacturing device for manufacturing a profile gasket having a predetermined cross-sectional shape sealing a connected portion of a pressure container, a pipe, and a flange, where high pressure is applied airtight. A profile gasket manufacturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a profile gasket manufacturing device forming profile gaskets with both sides having saw-toothed cross-sections by rolling with multiple rollers and including a first roller unit composed of a pair of rollers having grooves corresponding to the saw-toothed shape and forming saw-toothed grooves on a base material being inserted at randomly preset depth; a second roller unit positioned on the rear side of the first roller unit and composed of a pair of rollers forming saw-toothed grooves deeper than the saw-toothed grooves formed on the base material rolled by the first roller unit; a third roller unit positioned on the lateral side of the first roller unit and composed of a pair of rollers forming saw-toothed grooves having a shape different from the saw-toothed grooves formed by the first roller unit on inserted base material at randomly preset depth; a fourth roller unit positioned on the rear side of the third roller unit and composed of a pair of rollers forming saw-toothed grooves deeper than the saw-toothed grooves formed on the base material rolled by the third roller unit; a motor driving the first, second, third, and fourth roller units; a body which receives the motor and where the first, second, third, and fourth roller units are installed; and an operation switch controlling the motor. Therefore, the profile gasket manufacturing device is capable of reducing manufacturing cost and manufacturing the profile gaskets having various shapes. |
