Provided in the present invention are an end head device for a pipeline and an installation method for a pipeline using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the installation method for a pipeline comprises: a step of welding the fore-end of a final pipe and an end of a previously laid pipeline on a lay tower of a lay barge; a step of attaching an end head device to the end of the final pipe; a step of moving the pipeline to a pipeline end addition assembly site using a crane by connecting a wire of the crane with the end head device; a step of removing the end head device from the pipeline moved to the pipeline end addition assembly site, and attaching a pipeline end addition; and a step of constructing the pipeline attached with the pipeline end addition in the seabed.
