Aviation fuel oil base and aviation fuel oil composition

Disclosed is an aviation fuel oil base having low environmental load, which has combustibility, oxidation stability and excellent lifecycle properties and can contribute to primary energy diversification.  Also disclosed is an aviation fuel oil composition.  The aviation fuel oil base can be produced by hydrogenating a raw oil which comprises a mixed oil composed of an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon compound derived from an animal or plant oil-and-fat and a sulfur-containing hydrocarbon compound or a raw oil which is prepared by mixing the mixed oil with a petroleum-derived base produced by refining a crude petroleum oil or the like.  The aviation fuel oil composition contains the aviation fuel oil base.
