PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof room capable of more properly performing indoor sound absorption.SOLUTION: In a soundproof room (41a), an indoor space (43a) is formed of soundproof walls (44a, 45a, 46a and 47a). The soundproof room (41a) includes a sound absorbing body (11a) that is subjected to indoor exposure of a surface (19a) serving as a sound absorbing surface for absorbing indoor sounds. The sound absorbing body (11a) has a part where thickness is different in a depth direction from the surface (19a) serving as the sound absorbing surface. A sound absorption coefficient in an octave band center frequency 125 Hz band of the sound absorbing body (11a) is 0.5 or more, and a sound absorption coefficient in an octave band center frequency 500 Hz band of the sound absorbing body (11a) is in the range of 0.8-1.0. |
