The purpose of the present invention is to provide a functional meat roasting grill. According to the present invention, the functional meat roasting grill comprises: a roasting grill body (10); a fire hole (11) formed in the roasting grill body (10); and a cover rock piece (13) equipped to further protrude towards the top over the top surface of the roasting grill body (10) to hide the fire hole (11) of the roasting grill body (10) and has a burner port unit which connects a part of the fire hole (11) from the bottom surface to the top surface of the roasting grill body (10). The cover rock piece (13) has a thickness (T) between the top surface and bottom surface thereof, wherein the thickness (T) becomes smaller towards a front end part from a base end part connected with the roasting grill body (10). The cover rock piece (13) includes a valley part (13SS) which is deepest at the bottom surface thereof towards the top with respect to the top surface of the roasting grill body (10). The cover rock piece (13) comprises: a blocking projection (13SP) which protrudes downwards from the bottom surface of the cover rock piece (13) with respect to the valley part (13SS) to be extended to the front end of the cover rock piece (13); and a fire guide unit (13GP) equipped to be disposed in the opposite side of the blocking projection (13SP). |
