The present invention relates to a system for automatically managing valet parking and, more particularly, to a system for managing valet parking which can effectively manage valet parking using terminals of a user and employees without installing a high-cost management device. Valet parking gives inconvenience to a customer since a customer′s waiting time is inevitably increased at the time of entrance and exit of a vehicle, and work stress is aggravated since the employees who perform work also should quickly proceed with work. Also, since valet parking data are not managed, work of the valet parking employees cannot be efficiently managed and thus effective manpower management cannot be performed due to the increase in employees′complaints caused by workload imbalance between the employees. In order to solve these problems, the system of the present invention can provide a smooth process of the entrance and exit of the vehicle and can remove the customer′s inconvenience due to long waiting time by constructing an automation system of valet parking using a terminal such as a smartphone which is commonly used, thereby providing a more comfortable valet service. |
