<p>A cutting machine for cutting a food product includes a housing and a blade cover removably mounted to the housing via at least two positive or non-positive fastening points. A circular blade is rotatably disposed in the housing such that the blade cover covers a surface of the circular blade. A carriage is movably mounted parallel to the circular blade and includes a carriage surface for holding the food product.
