The present invention relates to a bidirectional rear wiper apparatus using a latching projection. The bidirectional rear wiper apparatus using a latching projection comprises a worm gear (14) which is rotated by a worm (12) interworking with rotation of an armature (10) and has a latching projection (17) vertically protruding from one side thereof; a rotating plate (70) which is arranged coaxially with the rotation center of the worm gear (14) and has a normal rotation end (71) and a reverse rotation end (72) formed by cutting a set area; a normal rotation conductor (61) and a reverse rotation conductor (62) which are mounted on edges of the rotation plate (70) adjacent to the normal rotation end (71) and the reverse rotation end (72), respectively; a normal rotation switch (51) normally rotating the armature (10) by being connected with the normal rotation conductor (61); and a reverse rotation switch (52) reversely rotating the armature (10) by being connected with the reverse rotation conductor (62). When the latching projection (17) interworking with the rotation of the worm gear (14) is in contact with the normal rotation end (71) and normally rotates, the connection between the normal rotation conductor (61) and the normal rotation switch (51) is blocked and the reverse rotation conductor (62) and the reverse rotation switch (52) are connected at the same time, so the worm gear (14) is reversely rotated by the armature (10). When the latching projection (17) is in contact with the reverse rotation end (72) and is reversely rotated, the connection between the reverse rotation conductor (62) and the reverse rotation switch (52) is blocked and the reverse rotation conductor (61) and the reverse rotation switch (51) are connected, so the worm gear (14) is normally rotated by the armature (10). |
