The present invention is to provide time-quadrature amplitude modulation (TQAM) in a wireless communications system. The action of a transmit end comprises the steps of generating a quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) symbol and a transmission symbol identified by a position of a time resource to which the QAM symbol is mapped; shifting at least one QAM symbol with respect to a time axis and uniformizing the time-axis distribution of the QAM symbol; and readjusting a constellation point of the QAM symbol on the basis of a shift value representing shifting quantity.
