PURPOSE: A health supplement for antioxidation capable of showing excellent superoxide dismutase function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture amino acid fertilizer which can cultivate crops containing low molecule antioxidant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of amino acid fertilizer comprises the following steps: collecting and cultivating spawn capable amylase production in the environment of the pH 3-4; fermenting the spawn at 40-50 deg.Celsius for 1-5 days by adding the spawn to sugar supply source and controlling moisture as 40-60%; and fermenting for 7-28 days by adding paleoprotein organic compound. The spawn comprises Aspergillus sp., Rhizopus sp. or Bacillus sp. microorganism.
