The sauce for fried chicken contains: 3-7 parts by weight of kumpuats, 5-10 parts by weight of apples, 5-10 parts by weight of bears, 1-2 parts by weight of gingers, 6-12 parts by weight of salaries, 2-6 parts by weight of onions, 2-6 parts by weight of an plumb extract, 2-6 parts by weight of soy sauce, 2-6 parts by weight of thick soy sauce, 1-5 parts by weight of rice wine, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of soybean paste, and 0.002-0.005 parts by weight of coffee powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of starch syrup.
