The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing cacao which facilitates cacao processing by performing a milling process for pulverizing cacao endosperm and a tempering process for gloss of the milled cacao powder together and which comprises: a main body; a conching part installed in the main body for inward insertion of the cacao endosperm which pulverizes the cacao endosperm and doing conching; and a tempering part installed in the main body to connect to the conching part which transfers cacao from the conching part and cools the same, and then supplies to the conching part. |
