The present invention relates to an automatic track-type container transshipment device control system which includes a control system for wirelessly controlling and monitoring the operation of an automatic track-type container transshipment device having a plurality of exclusive control terminals for summoning or requesting delivery to an automatic container transshipment device to carry a container along a track, and which has an operation control device. The control system comprises a first wireless communication part for control, for data communication with the exclusive control terminals and the operation control device; a first calculation processing part for control, for generating adjustment information and control information according to a request command inputted through the first wireless communication part for control, to be transmitted to the exclusive control terminals and the operation control device through the first wireless communication part for control; a second wireless communication part for control and a second calculation processing part for control which perform normal functions when malfunction or an abnormal situation occurs in the first wireless communication part for control or the first calculation processing part for control. The control system of the present invention can syntagmatically monitor and control the automatic track-type container transshipment device, which is operated along the track, to perform transshipment among multiple terminals in a port, thereby realizing an efficient logistics movement system, saving delivery costs due to an input of human resources, reducing delivery time through efficient input and allocation of the automatic track-type container transshipment device, and securing flexibility of a transportation route and reducing the traffic jam.
