The present invention relates to a composition containing a ginseng berry extract as an active ingredient for facilitation of blood circulation, prevention of vascular aging, treatment of vascular inflammation, facilitation of angiogenesis, treatment of ischemic heart disease, and improvement and treatment of local blood circulation insufficiency. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition containing ginseng berry extract as an active ingredient to promote nitric oxide (NO) generation in endothelial cells, improve viability of endothelial cells, and promote angiogenesis through increased mobility of endothelial cells and vascular tube formation.
