摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a titania electrode which has both an ideal geometrical shape and high electron conductivity, and a highly efficient dye-sensitized solar cell using the titania electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A titania nanotube array in an amorphous state after electrolysis is first gradually heated at a low temperature range of 200 to 300°C, calcined, and cooled to fix a shape of the titania nanotube in a regularly-arranged state. Thereafter, the titania nanotube array is gradually heated at a high temperature range of 400 to 650°C, calcined, and cooled to obtain a single-crystal titania nanotube array in which a lattice image of a [101] surface of an anatase runs in an axial direction. A titania electrode is then manufactured by a method of bonding an obtained titania nanotube array film to an ITO substrate on which a particulate film of TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is applied, and a dye-sensitized solar cell to which the obtained titania electrode is applied is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
