<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a design support system for novel drying equipment capable of easily and rapidly performing comparisons relating to a green house effect gas emission amount and cost in different device configurations of drying equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A design support system D for novel drying equipment includes: a component and arrangement selection process P1; a condition input process P2 for inputting the condition of an object H to be processed, the condition of a dried object, and the operation condition of each component; an operation condition derivation and apparatus selection process P3 for obtaining the operation condition of each component in a circuit diagram 125; an energy consumption calculation process P4 for calculating the energy consumption of each component and the energy consumption of the whole drying equipment D; a green house effect gas emission amount calculation process P5 for calculating the green house effect gas emission amount from each component and the green house effect gas emission amount from the whole drying equipment D; and a cost calculation process P6 for calculating the cost of each component and the cost of the whole drying equipment D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
