The present invention relates to a form cutting tool which is released by pressing a clamp and a form cutting tool assembly for the same. The disc-shaped form cutting tool having a plurality of cutting blade edges includes an engagement recess for a clamp, recessed on the central part of the surface of a disc at a depth less than the entire thickness. A depth of the bottom of the engagement recess is within a range of 20% to 60 % of the thickness of the disc. And, the pressing clamp includes a cylindrical engagement protrusion protruding to be parallel to a coupling direction and engaged with the engagement recess of the form cutting tool and a cylindrical inclination guide protrusion protruding from a portion separated from the cylindrical engagement protrusion to be inclined outward in the coupling direction. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent errors in form-cutting by obtaining position stability against cutting resistance and vibration caused by cutting as the cylindrical engagement protrusion of the pressing clamp is received in the engagement recess of the form cutting tool and pressed. Furthermore, the form cutting tool seated and fixated on/to the form cutting tool assembly is fixated by a dual holding force actuated in the lower side (coupling direction) and rear side of the pressing clamp, thereby being stably fixated against the cutting resistance and vibration caused by cutting. |
