The assembly has a hydraulic source (18) and a hydraulic reservoir (20) connected with a control device (22). Over-pressure protectors (32, 34) are designed such that over pressure is generated by conveying hydraulic fluid between valve devices (28, 30) and operative connectors (24, 26). The protectors have over-pressure valves (42, 44) and an evocating part that is hydraulically connected upstream or downstream to the valves. The evocating part evocates the throttling volume flow of fluid conveyed through the over-pressure protectors.
