The present invention relates to a server for controlling power of a building through cloud computing to minimize management costs, a system including the server, and a power control method performed by the server. The server for controlling power based on cloud according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communications unit to receive a command signal from at least one client and receive power data from at least one building installation device; and a control unit to control power of the building installation device according to the received power data or command signal. According to the server of the present invention, both adoption and management of a power control related program are performed in a main server of a cloud computing system, thereby reducing costs and management costs and saving resources of a client device compared to the past when the investment was made per node. |
