The present invention relates to a pile having an extended protrusion and a construction method thereof to stably support a structure being built on the ground under the structure. The pile having the extended protrusion and the construction method thereof are capable of improving a frictional force of the main surface of a foundation as a protrusion is protruded from the surface of the foundation after inserting a pile of foundation on the ground. The pile having the extended protrusion comprises: a tubular pile main body whereby the top end is opened and a plurality of advance holes is penetrated on the lateral side; a tubular inner pipe inserted in the pile main body, in which the top end is opened and a protrusion is integrally formed in a position corresponding to the advance hole of the outer surface; and an extension hole in order for the protrusion of the inner pipe to be protruding to the outside of the advance hole by extending the diameter of the inner pipe as being inserted into the top opened end of the inner pipe.
