The present invention relates to a method for treating the surface of a ZAIS nanoparticle for a biological application. More specifically, the present invention relates to a ZAIS-albumin-antibody composite and a method for producing the same, wherein albumin and an antibody are bonded to the ZAIS nanoparticle coated with a hydrophilic thiol compound, and the ZAIS nanoparticle is a light-emitting nanoparticle having a composition of zinc-silver-indium-sulfide (Zn_xAg_yIn_z)S_2 (herein, 0.0<=x<=0.4, 0.1<=y<=0.9, 0.1<=z<=0.9, and x+y+z=1). According to the present invention, subsaturated alubumin is treated on a ZAIS nanoparticle, and an intermediate composite (ZAIS-albumin composite) is produced, so that solubility and stability of a solution phase of the ZAIS nanoparticle can be ensured and major detecting biomaterials such as an antibody (immunoglobulin) can be stably bonded to the intermediate composite. Accordingly, the ZAIS nanoparticle can be effectively used in the biological fields including biology, medical science, and diagnostics.
|
