PURPOSE: A wood dust/polymer resin composition for mobile phone case is provided to recycle wood waste, to keeping the feeling of timber, and to reduce a deformation due to aging of wood dust and moisture-absorption by adding PE. CONSTITUTION: A wood dust/polymer resin composition comprises: 40-95 wt% of polymer resin; 5-60 wt% of wood dust; 1-5 wt% of an additive to 100 wt% of the polymer resin; and 0.01-10 wt% of UV discoloration dye. The polymer resin is one kind selected among PE, PP, PVC, PS, PMMA, PET, PLA, and their copolymer and blend. The additive is more than one kind selected among a coupling agent, a processing aid, and a stabilizer. The wood dust is more than one kind selected among material wood, wood waste, and small piece wood. A size of the wood dust is 50-200 micron. |
