Provided are a holder for a scribing wheel and a scribing apparatus which suppresses irregular rotation of a pin by improving the rotating properties of the pin supporting free rotation of the scribing wheel. A holder comprises a body with pin holes (34a, 34b) supporting a cylindrical pin (50) supporting the free rotation of the scribing wheel, and the pin holes (34a, 34b) comprises a diamond member (60) arranged on the location in which the side of the pin (50) is contacted. |
