摘要

A composition for selective isolation of Fusarium species fungal strain containing toxoflavin as an active ingredient of the present invention can replace a selective culture medium based on a PCNB substance which is an existing carcinogen, and not only rapidly and accurately diagnoses plant diseases by isolating Fusarium species fungi in a short time, but also an effective strain isolation is possible for pathogen strain research in an epidemiologic, molecular biologic, and population genetic fields.
