The present invention relates to a mold type shunt reactor. In a mold type shunt reactor which comprises an upper frame and a lower frame, three iron cores installed between the frames, a coil wound around the iron core, and a molding member installed between the iron core and the coil, the molding member comprises an iron insulator which forms an insulating layer by coating the outer edge of the iron core, and a coil insulator which surrounds the iron insulator and forms an coating insulating layer which is buried in the coil. Therefore, the molding member which comprises a double structure of the iron insulator and the coil insulator is formed, thereby greatly improving fire stability and insulation performance according to the high voltage characteristic of a core. |
