The present invention relates to an air conditioner and a control method thereof. The air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises multiple compressors; a discharge temperature sensors sensing the temperature of a refrigerant discharged from the compressors; a condenser condensing the refrigerant compressed by the compressors; a supercooling heat exchanger supercooling the refrigerant condensed by the condenser; injection flow paths to inject the refrigerant, which exchanges heat in the supercooling heat exchanger, to the compressors; and injection valves installed on the injection flow paths, wherein the opening degrees of the injection valves are controlled based on at least two values of the temperature sensed by the discharge temperature sensors.
