The present invention relates to a safety railing coupled to a structure which is installed with a blanking press internally for a safety check. The safety railing comprises: a bottom portion which is fixedly mounted to the structure; a railing support portion which is formed in a⊂-shape with open one side, coupled to an edge of the bottom portion, and formed with a fastening hole on a side surface by being penetrated; a railing panel to form inside spaces on both sides respectively and configuring a cover on the upper portion; a clamp which consists of a first insertion hole inserted into the fastening hole of the railing support portion and a second insertion hole inserted into the space of the railing panel; a fastening bolt which fixedly connects the railing panel to the railing support portion; and a sound insulation sheet which is attached to the inner surface of the railing panel. |
