The present invention relates to a method for absorbing liquid contents, including kneading liquid contents by applying shear stress at 20 to 80 degrees of angle after inserting the liquid contents and an absorbent in a container. According to the present invention, when making contents having relatively high viscosity absorbed into an absorbent, contents having various viscosities can be sufficiently absorbed into various shapes of absorbents without bubbles so that the contents contained in the absorbent can be discharged by an appropriate amount. Thereby, contents having high viscosity can be easily absorbed and an efficient absorption regardless of the material or pore size of absorbents.
