An object of the present invention is to provide a pin for a scribing wheel that prevents increase in sliding resistance or burn-in between the scribing wheel and the pin due to abrasion powder caused when an inner surface of a pin hole and a pin surface are in contact with each other, a holder unit, and a scribing apparatus. To achieve the above object, a groove (51) that extends in a pin axis direction B is formed on a surface of a pin (50) which is inserted into a pin hole (42) and holds a scribing wheel (40) in a rotatable manner. Accordingly, abrasion powder that is caused when an inner surface (42a) of the pin hole (42) and the surface of the pin (50) are in contact with each other is accumulated in the groove (51) and abrasion powder adhesion decreases, thereby suppressing increase in sliding resistance or burn-in between the scribing wheel (40) and the pin (50).
