PURPOSE: A fusion monoclonal antibody containing anti-IGF-1R monoclonal antibody and IL-2 and a composition containing the same for cancer treatment area provided to strongly activate immunocytes around cancer cells and to ensure antibody-dependent cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A fusion monoclonal antibody contains IL-2 and an antibody which specifically binds to IGF-1R(Insulin like growth factor-1 receptor). The antibody is an IgG type and a scFv(single-chain variable fragment) type. The IL-2 is linked at the C-terminal of an Fc region of the antibody. A composition for cancer treatment contains the fusion monoclonal antibody as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient, or diluents. |
