The present invention is a rapidlyl dried and cured polyurethane paint composition, which is an eco-friendly and a solventless composition, and which contains various modified polyol as a main raw material obtained by modifying vegetable oil. Thus, generation of industrial wastes can be minimized during a preparing process, and recycling can be available due to decomposition of product residues. Moreover, the paint composition is harmless to humans and has outstanding salt resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance, water resistance, impact resistance, adhesive strength, flexibility, and hardness, because there is no problem caused by a volatile-organic-compound or a heavy metal residue by using vegetable oil and fat as a main raw material.
