The present invention relates to an open type rod for hair curling, whose inside and outside are mutually connected and opened and which thus completely eliminates risk of burn and explosion caused by introduction of a chemical liquid for hair curling or expansion of moisture when invisible microcracks are generated owing to careless usage and handling or product defects. In addition, the open type rod for hair curling may be quickly cooled down through air-cooling after hair curling so as to maximize an effect of hair perm and minimize hair damage, perform effective heat transfer to an outer structure body by firmly attaching a film heater between the outer structure body and an inner structure body without movement, and have excellent product reliability and durability without concerning of a short circuit of a hot wire caused by the movement of the film heater. |
