The present invention provides bridge wings for a ship installed at both sides of a wheel house to protrude from the wheel house for securing a clear view in an area where sailing a ship is difficult. The bridge wings installed at the both sides of the wheel house to protrude from the wheel house includes a moving member and a fixated member, wherein the moving member being moved into the fixated member or externally protruding by a driving unit to be capable of adjusting length of the bridge wings. By this means, the bridge wings for the ship according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the moving member and the fixated member and moves the moving member into the fixated member or externally protrudes to adjust the length of the bridge wings, thereby minimizing the length in a case of not being used during the sailing to reduce air resistance and accordingly minimizing vibrations, noises and thrust drop. Additionally the present invention reduces the overall length of the bridge wings by moving the moving member into the fixated member by the driving unit when the ship comes alongside the quay in order to load or unload cargo, thereby preventing interference with a crane having been pointed out as a problem when the ship comes alongside at the quay. |
